Job Description:
To provide admin support to the Directors and
chargeable staff and interface with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the office database
Set up new clients
Provide cover for other staff responsibilities as necessary
Comply with operational procedures as stated in the staff manual
Any other reasonable request of the directors
Word processing of letters
Using Iris Software, Auto-mail
Creating covering letters for accounts and tax returns via Iris
Invoicing
Answering calls and manning reception ensuring cover during open hours
Dealing with Admin emails
