We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our small accountancy practice as a Trainee Apprentice Tax Adviser. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our team of experienced tax advisers, while working towards a professional tax qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to our team of experienced tax advisers
Learn and assist with the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
Learn and assist with tax planning and compliance
Learn and assist with research on tax-related matters
Completing on-the-job training and off-the-job training to achieve a professional tax qualification (ATT) – day release will be granted
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 7 GCSEs at grade B or above, including Maths and English
Strong interest in tax and finance
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
